Individual
All individual sessions are 60 minutes. I work with adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, identity transitions, and the particular pressures that come with high-performance environments and significant personal responsibility.
Couples
Couples sessions begin with a 90-minute intake followed by standard 60-minute sessions. I work with partners navigating conflict, disconnection, major life decisions, and the strain that high-demand careers and wealth transitions place on relationships.
Advisory
For those requiring discreet, non-clinical guidance — crisis assessment, family system consultation, or situational advisory — outside the formal structure of ongoing therapy. Episodic and bounded. Structured separately from the clinical practice.

The NFL now mandates that every team retain a board-certified behavioral health clinician — a doctoral-level psychologist or a licensed professional counselor with a master’s in counseling or social work — available on-site weekly. The NBA’s Mind Health Program requires every franchise to have a licensed mental health professional embedded with the team.

Payment & Privacy
I do not work with insurance companies. Insurance requires a formal diagnosis that stays in your medical record indefinitely. It gives third parties access to your records and limits what I can provide and how. Self-pay removes all of that. Your sessions, your situation, and your records remain between us.
For individuals with a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Full session fees are due at time of service.
A valid card is required on file before the first session.
